Shipping Policies

At Decoramix, we offer two types of shipping time frames depending on the availability of the product. 


1. In-Stock Products: For products that are in stock, your order will typically be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

2. Pre-Order Products: For pre-order items, please note that these products are made to order. Production time is typically, 2-4 weeks. After production is completed, the shipping time will be added based on your location, which can take an additional 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The total estimated time for pre-order products is 3-6 weeks. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and another notification once your order has shipped. 


Shipping Charges: 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from us factory in Thailand and offer worldwide shipping. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or customs fees once it reaches your destination country. Decoramix is not responsible for these additional charges, and they will be the customer’s responsibility.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mail@decoramix.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mail@decoramix.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
